MHHM LLC offers a variety of seasonal and home maintenance services. All services are subject to availability, and specific terms may apply depending on the nature of the service.
2. Booking and Payment

Clients must book services in advance to secure a time slot.

Full or partial payment may be required before service delivery, depending on the agreement.

Payments are non-refundable once the service is performed, except as outlined in our refund policy.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that the service area is accessible, free from hazards, and safe for our team to work.

For outdoor services, clients must provide clear instructions regarding property boundaries and preferences.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or delays.
5. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property or for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).

We will take reasonable care to avoid damage during service but are not responsible for issues beyond our control.
6. Guarantee of Workmanship

We aim to deliver high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion for resolution.

Gutter protection systems and permanent LED light installations may come with limited warranties as specified at the time of purchase.
7. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not misuse our services, disrupt our operations, or engage in activities that violate local laws or our policies.

Harassment, abuse, or unsafe conduct directed toward our team will result in service termination.
8. Privacy Policy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
